I went in with a few cars i It was our 2nd purchase from Jim Ellis VW and although they were 5 years apart, the customer service was still excellent. I went in with a few cars in mind but not committed to any particular model or even to buying a car that day. After making an on-line appointment, I arrived and met Gary, who was patient with me as we drove 4 different VWs. Ultimately, I decided on a Tiguan but I wanted my wife to drive it as well. Rather than making a follow up for the next day, he offered to extend the test drive all the way to my house to let my wife drive and my kids see it. Not only did that sell the car to the whole family, it really was above and beyond. The financing process with Kevin made it for a long day into night and I did have to advocate for better financing terms, but I think it all worked out. The team worked hard and I appreciated the effort. I would recommend working with Gary if you get the chance. More

Quick and easy I had been shopping around online for a used Nissan Leaf to trade my wife's RDX in on. We already have a Tahoe and wanted to get rid of having a secon I had been shopping around online for a used Nissan Leaf to trade my wife's RDX in on. We already have a Tahoe and wanted to get rid of having a second car payment. I found the Leaf we purchased online and felt like I would be getting a quality used car as I feel like buying from a large delaership with better quality resources, just makes better sense. Gary responded to my online request very promptly and we set up a time for me to come take a look at the vehicle. The car looked great, but they realized there was an issue with the blower motor for the AC when they turned it on. They didnt hesitate to get it in with the service department to repair it either. I walked in with a number I had in mind for what I wanted to get for my wife's trade in which they met without even negotiating. The Leaf we purchased was already proced to sell, so signing on the dotted line was about as easy as it could have been. I'll definitely be back here when the times comes. Very helpful., honest, and easy to work with. More
