Great experience buying new GTI I came into Jim Ellis VW to look at GTIs. My salesman, Gary Mollere, was very friendly and patient in letting me test drive both a Certified GTI and the new 2018 I ended up driving away in. He was happy to find any vehicle I had in mind and waited out in the cold for me to pick the color I liked best (Dark Iron Blue). When I had questions about an accessory, Gary pulled another vehicle off the lot to demonstrate it. We were able to reach a decent deal after little negotiating. When talking to Matt Rock in Finance, I was able to get a maintenance plan that makes sense for me. Gary has kept in touch to ensure my continued happiness. Thanks to all at Jim Ellis. More
