Very disappointed Ok so do not buy a car that is not at that specific dealership that you are at. I bought a car from Hendricks last Saturday. I was told it would take the car 3-10 days to arrive. On Tuesday I was told that they did purchase the car from another Hendricks dealership and that it was being shipped on Thursday I was informed that the car had sold at that dealership and the sales manager said he find us another one. I have called and left messages multiple times without a response. A week later we called the dealership that had the car that was supposedly sold and they still have it. This is ridiculous. Now I am trying to get in touch with dealership just to cancel purchase and everything that is going on. More

He started making up things that were on the car, saying they added tint to the windows and there is factory tint on the car. Finance manager still refused to take the package off the car, because “that was the only way we had a deal”’ More
