Born and raised in Flint Michigan, sold cleaning business in 2005. retired for 2 years and move down to Florida. love fishing & golfing, not very good at either. married for 49 years and have a son and daughter. never knew how much I would like selling cars you meet the best people and it's fun. feel blessed to be able to work for Nick Nicholas Ford. they seem to have a knack for hiring only good people. the thing I'm sure of here is that they always do the right thing.

Fantastic. Very friendly staff Michelle and Gary are absolute gems. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. And the financing department blew my mind!!!! Very friendly staff Michelle and Gary are absolute gems. From the moment I walked in I felt at home. And the financing department blew my mind!!!! This was the first time in my entire life someone taking care of my financing did not try shove every type ridiculous way to maximize profits at me during closing. You know honesty.I have bought more Ford vehicles at their dealerships then I care to count, and this one hands-down winner winner. You have absolutely.earned my new car business with you going forward. More

Took car in for regular service. Came back with a note sayi g leaking shock. Nothing else. Called them back and was told to bring back in. They ordered one shock to replace the leak Came back with a note sayi g leaking shock. Nothing else. Called them back and was told to bring back in. They ordered one shock to replace the leaking one. Set up appt for 9 AM They picked up car at 8:45. The car wasn't ready at 3PM. Service said it wasn't a 9 AM appt but was just a 9AM pickup. Have several texts saying you have an appt at 9AM. 1st time I called was told they were looking into why the shock leaked and it would be ready by the end of the day. Service would call in about 5 minutes. Almost an hour later I called service and was rudely told that my appt was not at 9AM but just pickup was at 9AM. Not very good customer service. More
