Tonight I took delivery of our 2023 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch from Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, FL. What a pleasurable, stress-free experience. However, that is not how our Bronco experience began… Sasquatch from Nick Nicholas Ford in Inverness, FL. What a pleasurable, stress-free experience. However, that is not how our Bronco experience began…. Last December we ordered a Bronco from another dealer in our area. The ordering process seemed odd, but we went with it. 2 months later and they still hadn’t taken our deposit from my account. I received a cold call from Salesman Gary Noffsinger at NN Ford and I advised him that we had already ordered through another dealer. We ended the conversation, but that got me to thinking that I had no contact with the other dealer, they hadn’t taken any of the deposit, and we still hadn’t received any e-mail confirmation from Ford. The next day I attempted to make contact with the salesman and the GM at the first dealer and nobody returned my call. I turned off the credit card the original dealer had on file and called Gary at NN Ford to set an appointment. They next morning the wife and I went to the dealer and met with Gary and Frank Barnett (Bronco guy). We sat down together and ordered the Bronco my wife wanted and Frank handed us the DORA. Before leaving the dealer we had an e-mail confirmation from Ford. This was 2/9/22. No deposit was needed to order the Bronco and we were promised MSRP with no surprise fees other than their $399 dealer fee. When it was time to convert to a 2023 we received a prompt call to confirm, and another e-mail the same day from Ford acknowledging it. Before you know it we had a build week (11/28/22) and a VIN. Build week arrived and Bronco was built on 12/1. Shipped on 12/16 and wound up at the dealer on today, 12/22. Gary was fundamental in getting our paperwork in order so that we could have financing obtained from our Credit Union prior to arrival of the vehicle. Financing was secured once the vehicle shipped. Now we just had to wait. When they Bronco arrived today I was advised it was on the lot and in PDI. Then some pictures when it was completed and told I could come get it tonight. Once at the dealer everything was ready. Paperwork was as discussed with price of MSRP, plus tax, plus $399 fee. No forcing warranties, paint protection, captive financing, or any other unsavory item in our face. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The staff at Nick Nicholas Ford did everything they said they were going to do. No surprises or gimmicks or any other tricks that we all hear about being pulled by other dealers. It was an honestly pleasurable experience. I am very happy that Gary cold called me that day in February. If you’re in Florida and not satisfied with your dealer or are just beginning your Bronco shopping experience, you should strongly consider working with Gary and Frank at Nick Nicholas More
