I paid the lease off on my truck and used Nick Nicholas Ford to handle the transaction. I stopped by the showroom one to two weeks prior to making the pay off to make sure the process would go smoothly. A Ford to handle the transaction. At that time nothing was said about interest, $399.00 service fee and the cost for transferring the tags that I would be responsible for in addition to the payoff amount. Your sales department did a very poor job explaining the process. I have never purchased a vehicle from Nick Nicholas Ford and based on this experience, it is not likely to happen. More
