I'm so happy and have to share! I've purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options from this dealership and can't say a bad thing about a one. (we still own 2 of them) But now I wanted a [used] Hummer H3 Alpha with specific options & color and each time I saw one I knew I wanted THAT TRUCK. I contacted Paul Jensen @ Rizza Ford who said he didn't have one but would do what he could to locate the vehicle 'I wanted', and after nearly a week I got the call, "We found your truck" I needed pictures sent and the list of items on it, I know I was brutal but I also KNEW WHAT I WANTED. I'll be darned, it was the VERY TRUCK I had been looking for, and BETTER! I'm so excited. I love my truck and want everyone to know, Paul you made my day when u found my truck!!! Thank You!!! More

I have purchased my new cars from this dealership for over 20 years. I have never walked away dissapointed and have always gotten great prompt service with my cars afterwards. If the options i wanted on the car werent available they acted immediately and went out of their way to find what i was looking for. I have always gotten a great price, no pressure, and friendly, knowledgeable customer service from the Sales team. More

All of the employees I mentioned above were very helpful in locating the particular vehicle I was looking for. Also the price was very reasonable.
