unsure It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and It was very nice of Gary to inform me the next day after I dropped my car off that is was halfway done. But two days later I tried to call all day and no one would pick up the phone, very frustrating. When I finally got through I learned it was done, when I do not know, and he said he was surprised no one contacted me that is was. They found no leaks so I am not sure if I am happy about that so I keep cardboard under my car to see if it had stopped. When I picked up my car it took 20 minutes to get it, not sure why ( took it to the service desk to ask why it is taking so long and someone had to be told to get it).When I got the car it was filthy from sitting and not understanding why they could not wash it since it had been they since Monday and got it Thursday night. :( More

Wonderful Experience! I was in an unfortunate accident in which my 2018 dodge journey that I was leasing, was totaled. Luckily due to the many safety features I was able to I was in an unfortunate accident in which my 2018 dodge journey that I was leasing, was totaled. Luckily due to the many safety features I was able to walk away for the accident unharmed. Once my insurance settled and the car was officially considered totaled, I was without a car! I went back to my regular salesmen, Gary Riashi, and he worked with me to find a vehicle that I'd be happy with and was within my budget. I ended up with a V6 Ram 1500 Truck, that I love! Thank you Gary for taking what could have been a bad situation with me losing my vehicle, and turning it into great experience! More

My warranty covered all my repairs and a loaner truck! Megan got me an earlier appointment than expected and got me in 2 days prior to my appointment I made over the phone. James was my service advisor Megan got me an earlier appointment than expected and got me in 2 days prior to my appointment I made over the phone. James was my service advisor this time and took care of my work order, understood the electrical issues my truck was having and provided me a loaner truck as my vehicle would needed parts to be ordered in. Mary wrote me an order for a loaner vehicle and gave me a brand new truck with 12 miles on it to commute in while my vehicle was being worked on! Amazing! I picked up my truck 2 days later and it was fixed and everything works perfect! Thank you and I will continue to be a patron at my home dealership. More
