She arranged for a meeting in the morning and promised the car would be pulled out and ready to test drive. IT WAS. Gary ROCKOFF handled my transaction. He took me on a nice test drive and then showed me other options. He was extremely professional yet friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the various mini options for me to consider. The "deal making" process was actually less arduous than I anticipated. We finally came to a deal. When I was in finance, I had only brought a business check, so Gary took me to a Bank of America branch to get a cashier check. Nice touch on his part and a good way to keep me in the transaction!!. Another nice touch was Buzz coming out to thank me for the business. I am happy with my decision to buy from the dealership and would recommend others to do so as well. More

There was never a feeling that he was attempting to sell something just for the sake of the sale. He actually listens to what the customer is requesting and makes every effort to find a perfect fit.
