Gary Shultz was our salesman and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He was aware of our tight time frame and worked to make sure we went thru the entire purchase and delivery process quickly knowledgable and helpful. I am from out of state and I just picked up my new Toyota Prius from Gary Shultz yesterday! After I contacted them via toyota.com, Gary reached out to me via text inquiring what kind of car I was interested Prius from Gary Shultz yesterday! After I contacted them via toyota.com, Gary reached out to me via text inquiring what kind of car I was interested in. Once I told him, he informed me they had one coming via transit. He offered me the best price and his communication was quick and clear. I was able to purchase the car through email and I didn't have to go to the dealership until pick up today. He kept me informed every step of the way regarding where the car was via transit. Once I arrived at the dealership, the whole final process was seamless. Gary had me sign the necessary paperwork. Next, I met with Matt Ingersoll in finance, and he had all the required documents in a stack ready to be signed which made that process super quick. After that, Gary helped me set up the Toyota app on my phone. Next, Danielle Martinez, Customer Relations Manager, introduced herself and asked me if I had any additional questions or comments. Lastly, Gary went over the features of my new car and then I was on my way. I love my new Prius and highly recommend Gary Shultz and Toyota of Kent! More
