Terrible customer Setvice This guy sold us a dieael without smogging it first! 5 weeks after the sale, he called us to ask us to smog it...he promised he would reimburse us. Ali Shimi- Excellent for 2 car purchases in 5 months! I have worked with Ali Shimi to purchase two Honda's in the past 5 months and he has been excellent both times. I purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV first I have worked with Ali Shimi to purchase two Honda's in the past 5 months and he has been excellent both times. I purchased a new 2014 Honda CRV first and found Ali to be helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and at the end of the sale, went the extra mile to get the Bluetooth connected with my cell phone. I had such a positive experience the first time around, that 5 months later, I returned to Ali Shimi to purchase a used 2012 Honda Civic for my oldest son. In this second sale, Ali really helped negotiate a price for the Honda Civic that was beyond fair. Ali and Gary Silva (the Used Car Manager) both value customer loyalty and went out of their way to to make sure Manly Honda stood by me as a repeat customer. After the sale was complete, I brought my son to the Manly dealership so that Ali could show him the features on the Honda Civic. Ali answered all of my son's questions as All is so knowledgeable about Honda's and made my son feel special about getting his first nice car. After both of these purchases with Ali, I can say that he values his customers and works to figure out exactly what they want, what they can afford and tries to put together the best deal possible to meet these requirements. My favorite part of working with Ali overall is how respectful he is as a person, and how respectfully he treated me and my family members throughout both purchases. When the time comes for my next son to need a car, I will definitely be back to Ali Shimi at Manly Honda to purchase another Honda. More

Friendly, straight forward, not too pushy, understanding, and accomodating staff. Gary really listened to what I wanted in a car and showed me the models that were right for me. Martin explained the reason for the trade in value and pricing of the car and how financing some of the purchase could benefit my credit. Michele was very good at the closing finance aspect and did not push me to buy more warrenty packages that I did not desire, which made me buy the basic extended warrenty package in the end. More

From the moment we met gary we were pleased with the experience.we have bought 7 cars from manly honda and will NEVER go anywhere else. At the end of my purchases i leave with a smile on my face which is not normal for Dealers, but happens everytime with Manly. More
