I took the car overnight which allowed me to really drive it how and where I normally do, putting it to tests important to me. SOLD. Got a fair deal from Gary on my lackluster trade-in and off to Josh for the paperwork. Josh is delightful and his shoes are amazing. Later in the week, Tom happened to be the guy that answered the phone, he helped me finish up some loose ends, did not pass me off, and checked back with me to ensure I was satisfied. I purposely came to Manly Honda because I prefer shopping local & had heard good things. I've had frustrating experiences with a different local dealer and I expect Manly to provide me a much better, long standing relationship. Off to a great start! More

I would recommend my friends and family consider buying a car from Manly Honda! The only negative was dealing with Dave Sambad, he filled out the contract while my wife and I were in his office. Typical Horrible Car Purchase We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We went to purchase a newly used Honda Pilot and were dreading going to any car dealership. The salesman was new and untrained in how to close a deal. We were told a repair would be on the "Due Bill" and it was not. We were in a rush to sign the papers as my husband would be late going to work for his night shift. We were told that since the repair was not on the "Due Bill" we would have to pay. Then the sales manager said it was a "he said she said" because there was no proof. Fortunately, I had text messages from the inadequate saleman indicating they were indeed repairing it. If it wasn't for those text messages we would nothing to stand on. It took over a week to get get the vehicle as promised. When I finally picked up the vehicle, no one came out to follow up and some other different salesman, who I had never met, showed me to my car. Absolutely horrible experience and have already told all our friends and family to beware of this dealership. More

They do all of our service work, and we buy all our parts from them. I have had many dealings with all of the car dealers in Santa Rosa, and Manly ranks at the top on every level.
