Best ever! We bought a Jeep Wrangler, drove it home (80 miles round trip) and discovered that we hated it. We worried that we were stuck with it. The next day, we drove it back and asked if we could return it. The owner came out and assured us that he would make us happy. They wiped out the deal as if it never happened and we bought a Jeep Cherokee that we adore. The sales people, finance guy, owner, receptionists and everybody there were wonderful. We have found a permanent home for our future vehicle purchases and service. More

The salesman, Randy, was friendly and helpful when we were purchasing. He completely abandoned us afterwards. When I asked about any rebates, he said there were none. I would later find out that was n were purchasing. He completely abandoned us afterwards. When I asked about any rebates, he said there were none. I would later find out that was not true. He either did not know or did not want to tell us. The finance manager, Amanda S., is the most dishonest I have ever had the misfortune to meet. On the contract, she raised the price of the new Jeep by $500.00 to cover a $500.00 rebate (effectively cheating us out of our rebate, rather than taking it off the agreed on price). She insisted our finance rate from the bank was dependent on our buying a extended warranties which cost over three THOUSAND dollars. I have since learned this is one of the biggest scams auto dealer use. I questioned why the bank cared whether we bought extended warranties (which they don't) and Amanda had some half baked answer. She also told me not to call the insurance company because she would do that for us. She did not. 11 days later I spoke with my agent. He had no idea we traded cars nor did he have any info about the lienholder. What if I were in an accident? It would have been a huge problem for me. Eleven days after the sale, I called the salesman over a financial issue we had. He assured me he would check into it and call me the next day. I called him 4 consecutive days that week. He always promised to call back. He never did. He jerked me around all week and never resolved the issue. On the forth day, he promised to call me "right back". I never heard from him again. I trade cars more often than most people. I have traded for 3 new cars in 3 years. This has been the WORST experience ever. Lake Norman Dodge is the most dishonest dealership I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. It will not happen again. More

All employees I noted made my experience THE BEST I have had with a dealership, especially Willie. They listened to and respected my needs and gave me a fair price on a used Xterra. I didn't feel pushed, had with a dealership, especially Willie. They listened to and respected my needs and gave me a fair price on a used Xterra. I didn't feel pushed, cheated or haggled, as I have with other dealerships. In my opinion, Willie went above and beyond to ascertain my business in the future by answering all my questions knowledgeably and/or finding out information on several vehicles; he was also a pleasure to be around and very respectful. Gary couldn't have been more humble, personable and accommodating by texting me photos of cars he thought I'd be interested in and working with Craig to give me a deal I couldn't pass up. Christina was upbeat, knowledgeable and patient. I've been singing the dealership's praises since I purchased my vehicle. Keep doing what you're doing -- other dealerships should model themselves after yours. More
