I have been with Nissan for many years with 2 Altimas and now a Rogue. I have used their service department for the maintenance from start to finish on the 2014 Altima. The staff are always helpful when I have questions. I like the multipoint inspection. This helps me plan for future maintenance issues. The salesman Henry Hofstad was wonderful to work with on buying the 2026 Rogue and trading in the 2014 Altima. More

I had an issue with my frontier making noise at highway speed coming from the windshield. I brought the vehicle in and had a video of the exact problem happening, of which they told me that was very helpfu speed coming from the windshield. They could not reproduce the noise despite driving my vehicle enough to use a quarter of a tank of gas. After that they told me I would need to wait till the noise occurred all the time before they would fix it. After dealing with the noise to the point I couldn't stand it anymore I took a deep dive into the Internet and discovered the noise is a very common problem. Dozens of videos showing the same problem. I even discovered a service bulletin from Nissan addressing the problem and how to fix it. It wasn't until I presented all this information to the dealership before they fixed it, printing out and using the exact bulletin I had to find on the Internet. Now, after they were given info on how to fix it they were very helpful and took good care of me and my vehicle. However, the treatment up to that point was sub par. More
