After looking at multiple vehicle Gaston nailed my very first ever brand new vehicle. Not only did he make my day but I believe we made each other's day after he heard it was my first new vehicle and he co first ever brand new vehicle. Outstanding customer service in every regard. I bought my 4th F150 from Sanders Ford yesterday. I was treated fairly and professionally by everyone I worked with. Used AutoFi and was told that the wrong numbers were in the system so I pretty much had to start the process over when I arrived. The car I selected wasn’t the car that was brought to me, I thought I could the system so I pretty much had to start the process over when I arrived. The car I selected wasn’t the car that was brought to me, I thought I could do the process online and just pick up the vehicle and ended up staying there for hours hungry. It was a terrible experience. I had a newborn at home. I didn’t want to stay long, that’s why I tried to get the process done online before coming in. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I keep getting messages saying to give a rating I thought I was doing a favor by not doing a rating. Everything was wrong with my experience. Why use AutoFi or have it attached to your website if it doesn’t work? Or is it just a trick to change the rates and what is bought once you get to the dealership. I wanted a fast and easy process. The rates were picked out, my lender was picked out already. And everything changed once I got to the dealership. It was horrible. I still don’t believe that the AutoFi had the wrong numbers i think the dealership just wanted to upsell once I got in. How is it possible that AutoFi “quoted the wrong rates?” More

There’s a reason - quality and solid service.
