Andy Butcher in finance was very patient and explained things very well. He answered emails etc. Also the person that sold us the Rustguard and the clear cover over the paint was great and he squared us things very well. The sales guys were both very nice. Helpful. Very accommodating. Super helpful and attentive. After we decided to actually buy a car we were ghosted. Sat there for 2 hours. Never saw an Helpful. Very accommodating. Super helpful and attentive. After we decided to actually buy a car we were ghosted. Sat there for 2 hours. Never saw anyone from the finance department. The sales department kept coming out and making a lot of excuses. A different one each time. So, we left without a car. We spent probably 3-4 hours there. Total. Picked a car we wanted. Left without one. More
