Unfortunately, I've now had what perhaps, is the worse repair experience I've ever encountered. In all the yrs of having my vehicle serviced and/or repaired at various dealerships and/or repair facilities repair experience I've ever encountered. In all the yrs of having my vehicle serviced and/or repaired at various dealerships and/or repair facilities, this recent service has by far, been the absolute worst. Further... the trade-in value the sales dept offered in my consideration for a prospective new vehicle purchase was not only a personal afront & insult, it was nothing less than a total disregard for my personal knowledge of it's value. I purchased my 2018 vehicle at this dealership brand new... I've also had it repaired & serviced there ever since. With that in mind... they did little to nothing to care for, nor keep me as a loyal customer. In fact, just the opposite... they did their best to discourage me from ever coming back. I take no pleasure in writing bad reviews and if, or whenever, dissatisfied with a company service... I typically don't write a review at all. In keeping within that same discipline and trend therefore... rather than air out my dirty detailed laundry list of frustration and complaint, I'll simply convey to anyone reading; I WILL NEVER RETURN TO DO ANY NEW BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN! More
