The whole team at Heritage was absolutely amazing to work with; Wayne, New Car Director, took the time to expand on my experience explaining the amazing features of my new Tundra. Finance Manager, Gavyn, even made the paperwork experience a pleasure - I know, hard to believe but true. The amazing class leading iForce Max technology on this truck is different than what I’ve been accustomed to, which lead me to some questions. All of the service department staff were awesome with answering those questions for me - without an appointment - simply outstanding customer care! Parts department were courteous and fast. Had my bed mat overnight, and by the way, it is an awesome addition, would highly recommend it. Everyone at Heritage was fantastic to me and I wish to include them all. Thank you very much for making my vehicle purchase the pleasure it’s meant to be. More

Great customer service all around! I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with I worked with Darrell Williams and he was amazing, we came in from out of state and were able to work through a lot over the phone/emails. Left with a 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross and the process was very easy and honest! Totally recommend his service and the dealership if you are shopping for your next car! More
