Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimat Poor communication, kept car for 2 weeks & no work was done on it, didn’t have a loaner we could use so my kids had to miss school/practices. Ultimately warranty came back and said they wouldn’t pay, so they wanted me to facilitate communication with the warranty company. At that point, it felt like a big game with no resolution in sight. Sold me a car with a faulty part, car is being serviced by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner. Told the adjuster the techs don’t make enough hourly to test by them. Unknown amount of days they have to have the car but no we can’t have a loaner.
