No Follow Through We bought a 2018 GMC Acadia that was a demonstrator with 6200 miles. The hood of the car had some minor scratches that were to be touched-up/fixed. We bought a 2018 GMC Acadia that was a demonstrator with 6200 miles. The hood of the car had some minor scratches that were to be touched-up/fixed. The dealer tried to buff out the scratches, but they are visible. When this was pointed out the our salesman, we were told that he would coordinate with a body shop to complete the touch-up. As of this writing (a week later) we have not heard from our salesman although I sent two e-mails to his work address and one to the dealer with no response. Our deal was good and we are quite happy the Acadia. But the follow through was disappointing. More
