Words cannot express how totally satisfying this experience was. My husband and I came in around 8:00 p.m. and left at 10:30 p,m. after purchasing a 2004 Toyota Highlander. Gene Volfson was so ver experience was. My husband and I came in around 8:00 p.m. and left at 10:30 p,m. after purchasing a 2004 Toyota Highlander. Gene Volfson was so very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. He answered all our questions graciously. Tran Nguyen made the whole credit application process easy, very understandable and entertaining. I am sure we will be purchasing from Bredemann in the future and will make sure we tell all our friends how truly wonderful the whole experience was. More

I really love toyotas and I had purchased a toyota in 2010 from a different dealer. My daughter was in need of a car so I decided to purchase another toyota for me. I called various toyota dealers and was not happy with the phone salesperson. A friend told me about Bredemann's toyota dealer and I researched online and decided to go. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed, the cleanliness and the customer service where exceptional. Gene answered all my questions and explained in detail all my options. It was a very smooth transaction. There was no pressure and an unsolicited discount that sealed the deal. I bought a new car at Bredemann not too long ago, so my return to buy a second car indicates my positive reaction. I called my salesman, Gene Volfson, the day before I arrived, asking him if the dealershi return to buy a second car indicates my positive reaction. I called my salesman, Gene Volfson, the day before I arrived, asking him if the dealership had a particular model and color. He said they did and sent me a quote, which was very fair (a little less than the price suggested by Edmunds.) I said if we could make a deal on my trade-in, I would buy the car. The trade-in price was also fair (better than the Kelly Blue Book value, which I felt was correct because the car was in very good shape and had been meticulously maintained.) The actual purchase went very smoothly. This is the second car I've bought at Bredemann this year, and I will continue to buy my cars there because of the high professionalism of the sales staff, particularly Gene, who was more than happy to explain all aspects of the deal. More

We wanted to buy new Toyota Camry for a long time. Bredemann is a trademark name in Toyota world, so we went there to test the waters. We were lucky to be greeted by sales rep Gene Volfson, who met us with friendly smile. We spent a quality time with him telling us all pros and cons of buying a new Camry. As a result of his thorough explanation we realized that buying this car is the best choice we could ever made. It couldn't be done without help and advice of our new friend Gene Volfson. His professionalism, friendliness and willing to help is really outstanding. We would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a new or used car. More

Gene Volfson was extremely pleasant to work with. He made, what is typically an unpopular experience, a very ideal situation. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He was open and honest which was refreshing. I would recommend this Toyota dealership over other local area Toyota dealerships, who unfortunantely don't value your business like they should. Much to my relief, however, the salesman, Gene Volfson, and a manager, offered another car -- exact model and color -- but with $440 more optional equipment, for the lower, quoted price. I was impressed with Bredemann's low-key, no-high-pressure, approach. The entire process reflected honesty and integrity. It would have been perfect had my wife and I not had to wait 30 minutes when we picked up the car (we had an appointment). Nevertheless, I will be back to Bredemann for my next car because of its friendly, honest, no-pressure approach. A class act. More
