Perfection I was greeted by Ahmad and I told him that I am just browsing but in reality I was there for a specific car and I hate when sales person just stay an I was greeted by Ahmad and I told him that I am just browsing but in reality I was there for a specific car and I hate when sales person just stay an inch from you, anyway Ahmad gave me the key and he told me that take a look at it and once you are ready for test drive pull the car from its spot, it was a big purchase so It took me about 20 minutes to check everything and the car was in a perfect condition with remaining of balance factory. I gave them the cashier check and in a few days they overnighted the title and almost 2 weeks later I found out that the spare tire was loosing air so I called Ahmad and he told me that go to the closest Infiniti dealership and have the service advisor call us and we will pay for it. Even though I signed all the AS-IS forms and probably the spare tire was good on the day of purchase but Ahmad solved the issue in 1 minute. More

Purchased a 2010 Audi A4 and was told it went through a 124 point inspection, had fresh iol and not to waist my money on a 3000.00 warrenty because the car is like new, took it back the next day because th 124 point inspection, had fresh iol and not to waist my money on a 3000.00 warrenty because the car is like new, took it back the next day because the engine oil light came on, they told me to add oil and monitor it and not to worry, if something is wrong they will fix it, oil light came on again and they sent me to there shop in Fredericksburg(dump) they said it was a bad piston so AK said leave the car with him and they would fix it, they kept the car for 2 weeks and did not fix it, then they tried to have me trade the car for a BMW which had front end issues and made noises on turns then another Audi which had 20.000 more miles and was not even close to the one I first bought, then they decided to back out of the whole deal and stick me with the repairs which will cost 3800.00, will never ever purchase a car from these crooks.. More
