Purchased a 2010 Audi A4 and was told it went through a 124 point inspection, had fresh iol and not to waist my money on a 3000.00 warrenty because the car is like new, took it back the next day because th 124 point inspection, had fresh iol and not to waist my money on a 3000.00 warrenty because the car is like new, took it back the next day because the engine oil light came on, they told me to add oil and monitor it and not to worry, if something is wrong they will fix it, oil light came on again and they sent me to there shop in Fredericksburg(dump) they said it was a bad piston so AK said leave the car with him and they would fix it, they kept the car for 2 weeks and did not fix it, then they tried to have me trade the car for a BMW which had front end issues and made noises on turns then another Audi which had 20.000 more miles and was not even close to the one I first bought, then they decided to back out of the whole deal and stick me with the repairs which will cost 3800.00, will never ever purchase a car from these crooks.. I purchased a 2008 Honda Civic that I had found on Cars.com in January 2014. I drove from Richmond to Fredericksburg to look at the car and again to purchase the car. I would do it again in a heartbea Cars.com in January 2014. I drove from Richmond to Fredericksburg to look at the car and again to purchase the car. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Everyone at this dealership was very helpful, honest and friendly. They let you browse the lot without hovering over you and they put no pressure on me whatsoever, which is a welcome change from previous dealerships I have been to. When I went to pick up the car, it had been detailed inside and out and look immaculate! They made the paperwork process painless and explained everything to me. They were able to answer any and all questions I had and they also fixed any issues I had found; no questions asked. I have had the car just over a month and I haven't had a single issue with it. I would recommend AMS to anyone looking for a car. Well worth the drive for the excellent customer service. More
