Geneva led us through the vehicle and test drive, answering all our questions and pointing out other unexpected features. When it came time to negotiate, the price and interest was exactly as expected and the value they gave us for our trade in was well above our expectations. We drove out with a new car that day. The entire process was 3 hours, but it flew by. Geneva bleeds Volkswagen, her passion for the brand is undeniable. She is also hilarious, a wonderful asset to us in our adventure. Joe Lants furthered that commitment of excellent service, along with Doug Ramirez. Lastly, Zach O'Connor - he walks you through all your paperwork and offers the upgraded service packages. This is usually where my blood pressure rises in a car purchase, not so with Zach. He was educational and passionate, but certainly not pushy. Post purchase, we've received text of congratulations and check-ins on how we like the car. I did have a couple questions and the response came back within minutes. Well done, Lokey team!
