Worst salesperson ever. I wanted to upgrade but got downgraded when finished with this individual. I realized the value of my 2023 Tiguan SEL R Line immediately after being I wanted to upgrade but got downgraded when finished with this individual. I realized the value of my 2023 Tiguan SEL R Line immediately after being sold and driving home a 2025 SE R Line. I have regreted that moment hours later, called this salesperson the next day regarding my feelings and he did absolutely nothing to assist me. He got his sale and I have ever since been stuck with a car that I have no fun riving but have to make payments. Never again. More

Process was easy, the options I wanted and needed were described and throuhly shown to me. Even options I didn't know about were exposed and compared between trim models.
