Started in the automotive business in 1974, I was the very 1st female lot tech in Cincinnati Ohio. I made sure every vehicle was clean and ready to go. Had the opportunity to work in the service dept. as well. I learned how to change oil, rustproofing, undercoating and buffing a vehicle. Later on moved to installing stereo's. From there started in sales and the rest is history.....

Geneva was the textbook definition of a great sales rep! She was nice, funny, helpful, personable, and extremely knowledgeable on her product! What a waste of my time. I was told they would get me into the car, took it home for a few days went to sign and that’s when it was a complete disaster….walked out but still I was told they would get me into the car, took it home for a few days went to sign and that’s when it was a complete disaster….walked out but still ended up buying the same car out of their lot for what I was looking to pay. Sad to say I bought a Volkswagen from a Nissan dealership and not just from them. I learned a lot about ms carr that was completely unprofessional. They lost a deal to the Lokey Nissan. More

Geneva was cool to work with. Everything else was a nightmare. I was told one thing on the sales floor, then when in the finance office, it was if I was working with a different d Everything else was a nightmare. I was told one thing on the sales floor, then when in the finance office, it was if I was working with a different dealership altogether. Zero communication between the guy who popped in Geneva's office, chiming up Lokey and promising me things. The finance guy was overly nervous throughout the whole process, and not aware of anything I was told/promised. I should have stopped there and walked out. My credit was challenged, and I made that clear going in. I was told that I was "approved" several times by different people... went through the entire signing process and took the car home (an hour away) only to find that I wasn't actually approved! Car went back. A whole bunch of lies and deceit... I'll never return to this or any Lokey dealership. Huge waste of time. If you do decide to work with these folks, double-check everything in the finance office before you sign! Hold them accountable. If you're not happy, don't be afraid to walk out the door and find a dealership that doesn't operate with smoke and mirrors. More
