We sent them an email and told them we were no longer interested in buying right now. GEORGE AFLLEJE who had been out the day before called us. He was great. He said he would do whatever it took to make us happy. He quoted us a price for a 2016 Elantra that was not the basic economy model, but one that had many extras. Why St Augustine Hyundai deserves the 5 STAR rating I live in St Augustine, but thought I'd find best deal/more selection in Jacksonville. Drove up to Jax. After 2 hours settled on very base model Genes I live in St Augustine, but thought I'd find best deal/more selection in Jacksonville. Drove up to Jax. After 2 hours settled on very base model Genesis according to what salesman said I could afford, determined by my down & monthly payments. After exhausting negotiations & 4 hrs of waiting, signing officer stated additional $$$ I must pay. I resisted; trust gone, I left, no new car & a day wasted. Today, decided to give St. Augustine Hyundai a try. Salesman George Afllje & mgr. Jim Feliciano were incredible to work with. They directed me to top of the line Genesis with identical down & payments & ten beauties to choose from. (The same high tech/luxury options I had been told were out of my price range in Jax). Additionally, the purchase was expedient, pleasurable & straight forward. But most of all, the people were trustworthy. I left 2 hours ago in a gorgeous Genesis with every option, knowing I got more car than I could have bargained for (probably) anywhere else. I am impelled to share this. More
