My daughter was looking for her first car and we had been searching the internet and called a few dealerships, after stopping by a dealership on Phillips hwy, and having a time consuming, unpleasant experien searching the internet and called a few dealerships, after stopping by a dealership on Phillips hwy, and having a time consuming, unpleasant experience, we were ready to quit searching that day, but then I called Hyundai of st. Augustine and spoke with George. George was so pleasant and answered all my questions. We quickly decided to drive down to St. Augustine. When we arrived, George was with a client so "Bird" took fantastic care of us. Bird showed us all of our options, even took us on a test drive in the pouring rain, he was such a good sport. Everything was so easy, including the financing. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had (and I have a benz in the driveway). There was no pressure and my 21 year old daughter was very happy with her decision to purchase her accent. I have recommended the dealership to others. In fact, about two months after we bought my daughter's car, I happen to run into a friend of mine who was stranded at a Walgreens because her car had taken its last breath. I told her how great the dealership was, and how easy the financing was, she text me later that day to say she had purchased a car from you and she was so excited. More

George Aflleje worked with me first with emails and second by calling me. I got a hold of Jack in finance. He helped find a bank that would give me a loan with very bad credit. I visited all the Hyundai dealers within a 100 mile radius looking for a good used Hyundai Genesis for a reasonable price and this dealership was miles ahead of all of them. They really do strive for customer satisfaction! I had purchased a used vehicle and found a couple of issues with it so I brought it back 2 days later. They offered to repair or refund, my choice. They furnished me with a loaner and then delivered the vehicle to me when it was finished. I was not satisfied with the quality of the repair so, without hesitation, they offered a refund or purchase of another vehicle. I did purchase another vehicle same day. I gave them the type of vehicle I was looking for and they were very fair in their negotiations with me. I was also very impressed with their approach to car sales, which was not the typical let me check with my manager and I will see if we can do that, there was some haggling which comes with the territory, however I found it was not as protracted as it typically would be with other dealerships. I definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends and others looking for a great deal on a new or used Hyundai. More
