We met George when we came back for a 2nd look and a test drive. We briefly introduced ourselves and He arranged the test drive quickly and pleasantly. After the test drive we had a few questions regarding the Truck's past ownership and maintenance. George was patient and showed he understood our caution about purchasing a used vehicle by telling us about the previous owner's care and maintenance and backing it up with a print out of the maintenance records, all done by the dealership, for us to review. Always a wonderful experience! I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the I purchased a car from Colonial Ford in 2014 and it was a great experience. I just recently brought that car to the collision center and had told the gentleman who was there when we dropped it off that I wanted to trade it in but I just didn't think they would be able to make it work for me. To my surprise, he had passed that on to his manager who in turn, went to the Sales Manager. A few days later I received a phone call from the salesman who sold me the car originally. I told him I was doubtful that they could make it work for me, but I told him the three different makes of vehicles I was interested in, plus all of my requirements for the vehicle. He called me the next day and said someone had just traded in the exact vehicle I had requested. Needless to say they helped me trade in my car which I had a strong desire to get rid of, and found me the perfect car. Two things that have particularly stood out to me about Colonial Ford is their honesty and integrity. There have been two times where they promised me something (even though it was probably small and meaningless to them), both times they came through with their promise. I would highly recommend going to Colonial. Even if you dont think they have what you are looking for, I am sure they can find it as they did for me both times (the first time they found it at an auction in NY for me). I also love their service department. I have been in there numerous times for general maintenance and Joe is always kind, friendly, and understanding! More

Saw an old friend of mine I went to see my old friend John Collas at Colonial earlier today, and this was a superb experience for me...found and bought a '14 Fusion, as well. Very quick and friendly service from George, Shane and Dell, too. He led me through the things that I was confused with or had questions about, and it all went solidly well. We are astounded at what a great car we got for a GREAT price. We felt comfortable with George the first day we met him and left there with the understanding that he'd keep looking for a car that fit our needs. We knew we were in good hands. He came through with flying colors. I would recommend him to anyone and he will be the first person I see when I need a car. He is experienced, patient and kind. He only showed us cars that seemed close to what we were looking for, never tried to get us to pay more than we had budgeted, didn't have to go running over to a sales manager every time we discussed something with finances and did his job while respecting us as the customer.
