I appreciated his timeliness and patience as we had our one year old daughter with us who doesn't have much patience for staying in one spot. On arrival, George introduced himself and then went to work trying to find just the right truck. On the first visit we struck out, but George continued the search and identified several trucks that were close to our needs. When we returned to look at the trucks George found, they either had something we did not want or was missing something critical on my list. George, guided us to throughout the selection process and we were finally able to find just the right truck. Shane helped complete all the paperwork and was extremely pleasant, especially given that it was past closing time. Within two days the truck was prepped, insurance, tag and inspection were all completed; so, when we arrived to pick up the truck all we had to do was get the key and thank George for the exceptional service. More

Everyone at Colonial Ford works really well together as a team and covers for each other. It prevents the customer from waiting around and keeps the process on track. After you purchase a vehicle from Colonial Ford they allow the customer the opportunity to keep coming back with a small complimentary program called "Pit Pass" which offers windshield fluid replacement and tire pressure check. If you live nearby that's pretty convenient and a nice touch. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend Colonial to my friends and family if they were in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Quality vehicles at fair pricing with great service. More

Original I had gone to another Ford Dealership looking for and F-150. I felt they did not give me a good deal and I google Ford in the area and Colonial Ford was not to far. I went there to see what they would do for me and when I got there after being there for only a few minutes I was very impressed. All I want was a fair value and what I experience was a wonderful no pressure sales in George Andruk. I have a nice trade and the GSM offer me more than what I was offer at the first dealership. I still was not sure but the Sales Manager Dell offer to switch the tires on the truck I wanted for the tires I wanted. Using no pressure he showed me respect and that he was willing to meet me more than half way. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I am going back in a few months to get my wife the Escape she always wanted. Thank you and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I looked up the most favored Ford dealerships in south east Mass. Plymouth rated very high. Via email, I told them what I was looking for, and they found me a couple of choices right away. I got it for very good price, and I made the purchase. It was the easiest, least stressful car-buying experience I ever had, and I'm 70 years old, so I'm not new to the game. The sales people with whom I've dealt, were fair, communicative, honest and pleasant. Kudos to all at Colonial Ford in Plymouth, Ma. More
