Service,Knowledge and Accountabilities Sales does not know the product. When it comes time to do paper work they say one thing and do another. You have to really watch the numbers. When you ask them about it they denie it and come up with all kinds of excuses. The manager never follows up on anything he said he would do. We do like vehicle. More
