Very shady business. Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, as the dealership is over an hour away but had the exact vehicle we were looking for. During the appointmen Made an appointment to look at a vehicle, as the dealership is over an hour away but had the exact vehicle we were looking for. During the appointment, a walk-in customer came in and wanted to look at the same vehicle. We asked about placing a deposit to hold the vehicle during our appointment since we were pretty certain we would be purchasing. Worker said we would have had to place the deposit over the phone when we made the appointment instead. We got the financing approved and took it on a test drive. Literally during the test drive during our appointment, a different salesman sold the vehicle to the walk-in customer. When we asked the manager about this scenario, the manager had no empathy and stated "it's first come first serve." There's no point in making an appointment. The car was only transferred to that location specifically for the appointment we made. We waited for the car to finish being detailed, which was a half xxx job. Makes you wonder if the car was even fully checked out. And based on others' reviews, it sounds like it's likely the car was just rushed through to be sold. Sketchy sales tactics and sketchy workers. The worker we had an appointment with was just as shocked as we were that a different salesman with a walk-in was able to do that in the middle of our appointment. More
