This was not our best experience at Starling’s service department. We were there for an oil change and tire rotation and we’re told that it would take an hour and a half. This period of time is way longer department. We were there for an oil change and tire rotation and we’re told that it would take an hour and a half. This period of time is way longer than expected, but we could live with it. However, it took two hours and five minutes before I had to contact the service advisor and find out what was going on. he was going to send us home without giving us the service paperwork that we normally get. I did get it after asking. Also, we never did get the multi point inspection report that we have gotten in the past. George, the service advisor was friendly, and I believe that the delay was not his responsibility. I don’t know if starling over books or the service technicians are just slow. But the delay was unacceptable. we have had no problems in the past and hopefully going forward we will not have any more. More

Everyone was very pleasant and exceptionally helpful throughout my entire selling/lease transaction. They made the entire process a positive experience.
