I dropped Yukon off at 8:30am for my appointment which was same time. I sat and waited for service and I didn’t get my vehicle back until 10:15am. I know the service guy was very busy but the lack of st was same time. I sat and waited for service and I didn’t get my vehicle back until 10:15am. I know the service guy was very busy but the lack of staff and support was noticeable. I had other things planned for the day which had to be moved back. Other comment, the only one about my vehicle, which has 109k miles on it was, “oh you need tires”. Literally all he said. Not what other things needed to be serviced considering my vehicle has 100k miles on it. I even asked about alignment and why it was off which caused my tires to wear poorly and now I have to get new tires earlier than expected because of the wear. Which I understand could happen anywhere, but the lack of care of giving a crap about the client who is paying you money, and who is a repeat client to this location, should be who you focus on and have enough staff there to do so. I really don’t know if I will return to this location after this interaction and the fact that no one mentioned my alignment or tires previously to myself of my wife when we have come for service since 1/2024. Really disappointed. More
