Did not look at my vehicle on the date that it was scheduled and when I asked if it was still being worked on they said yes when it was. Still sitting not touched yet. They are on the high end of labo scheduled and when I asked if it was still being worked on they said yes when it was. Still sitting not touched yet. They are on the high end of labor cost charged. They will only replace the broken part and not a part that may be critical to the part being fixed. Could at least say to the customer that they may want to add that part also. They would put a brand new tire on a broken inner tube ! More
