Wait, wait and wait more My car went in for a new tire (blow out on the road). After waiting two days for a tire, I finally got a text my car was ready. I was ordered a Lyft by the dealer after speaking with my assigned service person via text. I arrived an hour after I received a text that specifically said my car was ready. Well, it was not ready. It wasn’t even in the bay getting worked on. Not sure how any employee could fire off a text saying my car was ready and not even know it service had not been initiated. Now, normally, I understand things happen but the service before this I had a similar situation and waited an additional 30 minutes for my car after it was supposed to be ready. This time I waited almost TWO HOURS. I appreciated my service person trying his best after he realized what happened but matters were made worse since i had a sick kid at home, baby sitter had to leave and I had to arrange for my mother to leave work early and take care of my child. What should have been a simple pick up of my ride, ended up in a frustrating long wait. Not cool Audi. George is a great guy and he communicates well but this never happened to me when I had Damien and now my last two experiences at Audi have rubbed me the wrong way. I gave this review an extra star only because I do believe George is a good dude but for this to happen to me twice and cost me some valuable time is not ok. More

Despite calling well ahead and organising times, getting a quoted price for a regular oil change and being assured that this simple service could be c Despite calling well ahead and organising times, getting a quoted price for a regular oil change and being assured that this simple service could be completed in 2 hours. The experience was awkward and confusing. Especially when with children. My wife arrived at the allocated time, was initially greeted but then ignored until someone eventually came to assist her. Following an issue with confused booking information, and despite being assured that our car had been serviced at this Audi dealership before we purchased it, they could not find the Cars record from the VIN. I called this dealership prior to purchasing the vehicle to confirmed they had serviced it, to ensure continuity in maintenance. This was not the case, after discussing this at length they began to service the car almost 40 mins later than arranged. When the car was complete, 3 hours later and well past the time we needed to depart to meet the school pick up times, the final bill was over 3 times the quoted price. The only additional action applied was a bleed and refill of the brake lines. Any reasonable person would not be able to explain how changing brake fluid can cost twice the price of a basic oil change. The brakes were not even cleaned, as the vehicle still squeaks from the build up of brake dust. We were very hesitant of getting our Q7 serviced at the Audi Dealership as we knew we would pay more than from any other mechanic or service centre. Despite our concerns we had hoped that the Audi experience would offset the value for money. Sadly all our fears proved valid. This was an awkward, stressful and expensive oil change we will certainly never repeat. I honestly could never recommend both this dealership and the service Audi provides. Save yourself the cost and go to a local. More
