recall I made an appt for a recall on my car. I requested a loaner. When I arrived at my appt, I was told that I loaners were on backup and I would have to w I made an appt for a recall on my car. I requested a loaner. When I arrived at my appt, I was told that I loaners were on backup and I would have to wait an hour. I was helped by someone not assigned to me who kept trying to get me to stay and wait an hour for my vehicle to be finished, which I could not do since I had to work. When I was told that loaner vehicles were not available, I decided to leave without getting my vehicle fixed. I was then approached by my service person who was extremely helpful. And told me that loaner cars are hard to come by and that I should come around 4-5pm since this will 'only take an hour'. He was kind enough to waive the fee to have my windshield wiper jets cleaned at no charge next time I come. More

Always great service. The only issue I had was that I chose that day for service because it was the first day they had a loaner vehicle available. I had to wait approx an hour and a half for a loaner car to become available. I understand that they are dependent upon other clients returning cars on time. I do however believe they may need to add to their loaner fleet. I purchased the car at SD Audi and have been extremely satisfied with the sales process and service thus far. More
