I needed to be in a different vehicle than what I came in with and it had reached the p My recent visit started out rough and progressively got worse. I needed to be in a different vehicle than what I came in with and it had reached the point that I was going to have to accept a vehicle different from what I had come in hoping to buy. That's when George Gigovski and Adam Frandsen stepped in. They listened and actually heard what my situation was and did everything they could to put me in the vehicle that I had come in to buy that day. George went above and beyond to get a deal done that worked for my family financially AND put us in a newer vehicle that comfortably meets the needs of a family of six! Adam took over the sale in the last hours, quickly and efficiently expediting the paperwork, making sure to attend to all the small but very important details. I am grateful and thankful for these two gentlemen and their willingness and compassion to listen and understand in order to not only make it so I was leaving with a deal that worked for my family and in the car that we wanted. Thank you again! More

Drove 1hr to this dealership to test drive a lincoln navigator. During the test drive I noticed that the transmission was slipping and told the salesperson that I was still interested, assuming that the navigator. During the test drive I noticed that the transmission was slipping and told the salesperson that I was still interested, assuming that they fixed the issue. I was assured by the manager & the sales person that they don't sell cars that are unsafe and that they would let me know when the repairs were made so I could come back and look at it. I received a phone call the following evening saying that they believed it was an ignition coil and that they were working on repairing it. I waited 2 days before calling them back only to find out that they sold the vehicle the previous day. 1 star for customer service - I have no idea if they fixed the car and sold it as a lemon to someone else or if they just plain forgot that they had a customer waiting to purchase the vehicle. More

George was great to work with and knowledgeable. The price and overall experience were good because there seemed to be some issues with the interent published price and the intial offer. In the end thou price and overall experience were good because there seemed to be some issues with the interent published price and the intial offer. In the end though, we did end up at the internet price so it worked out, but took a little longer. More
