Purchased a used 2017 Ford Explorer that had a bearing noise in it from day 1 ,had vehicle back numerous times, and they never fixed the problem, spoke to general manager Tom Yerace, who told me he wou noise in it from day 1 ,had vehicle back numerous times, and they never fixed the problem, spoke to general manager Tom Yerace, who told me he would help me, he was always in meetings when I tried to call back to let him know the problem was still there after they replaced numerous parts that weren't the problem. Then they advised me it was the tires, and I needed to replace them also, they said they wouldn't pay for them because warranty they gave me for 90 days expired. I ended paying for new tires out of pocket, which was 872 dollars, and that still wasn't the problem . Went to another Ford dealership that said left front wheel bearing hub was bad, which I said from day one was the problem, and I paid for that out of pocket also. I can't believe a Ford dealership would treat a retired senior like this, but I would never purchase another vehicle from Ken Ganley Ford. More
