I've always been a Ford man and bought many Fords over the years from various Ford dealerships in the area...when I find a dealer that I like I usually stick with them. I really liked Gillingham Ford and bought 4 vehicles from them because of their service department, and was very disappointed when I found out they were selling out to Ganley Ford, but I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a try. I've had my F-350 Super Duty there 4 times for service and found their service department so far has been very comparable to Gillingham's, and I've been very happy with their courteous service, so much so that we just took delivery on a Bronco Sport Outlander for my wife tonight, and we're very happy with our buying experience through their sales department. I was a bit disappointed that there hasn't been a solution yet for the recall that's been on my truck since December when I was there for an oil change Tuesday, but I know that's on the company and not the dealer! Overall I'm very happy dealing with Ganley Ford and am looking forward to many years of the same good service I received when dealing with Gillingham!
