George knows us well by now, and he makes the process simple, fast and efficient. He always knows exactly what we want, but he makes sure to double check each time in case our needs have changed. Picking up the car was a breeze, since George had both the paperwork and the car ready for us when we arrived. This does NOT happen often at other car dealers; we had much less helpful experiences at the Lexus, Mercedes, and Vovlo dealers in our area in the past, which is way we're so committed to this dealership and George! I was advised two or three times to get the BMW hazard protection for the wheels and tires which is probably a good thing to have on this model.
