So this time around I contacted George and told him my wife and I wanted the new 2016 X5. George walked us through the ordering process and helped us get a great deal on the new X5. Rallye BMW is the place to go for getting a new car. The facility is top notch and upscale. Staff was warm and friendly. Definitely heightened our car buying experience. The day of delivery I was suprise that Rallye had BMW geniuses that walked us through our new X5. He explained in detail all the new technology and features our truck came in. Amazing experience overall. Highly recommended! More

I wanted to pick up the vehicle asap and thought I'd run into a predicament because George was out of the office during that specific weekend - I was wrong. I guess the only draw back was waiting for the M4 to arrive and that has little to do with Rallye. I'm fairly young, but I've owned many new vehicles. I HATE Car shopping as much as shopping for clothes with my wife. That was my previous opinion before experiencing the Rallye "red carpet" treatment. I have to say, these guys have the sales process down to a science. They know how to sell by not over selling. I watched how the salespeople interacted with customers before I engaged with anyone at the dealership. The first thing I noticed was how friendly everyone was. I always dressed down when I shop because this technique usually telegraphs that I'm a waste of time resulting in the salesforce leaving you alone. But with Rallye it was different. No one assumed anything. You're treated like a king whether you're dressed like a bum or wall st. executive. The bottom line is when you leave Rallye, you don't feel like you need to try to find your wallet to make sure it's still there. I can't recommend George Javier enough. He's a true gentleman and scholar. Just stop by his desk. He's won every award BMW's ///M division gives to salespeople. More
