Disappointed that I got home back in Kentucky and the navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you b navigation will not work here and was told it needed updated. I would’ve thought a dealer would have fixed that before they sold the vehicle to you because they bragged about the vehicle having navigation. Now I have to pay a local dealer this Friday to update the maps. Spend 25,000. For a vehicle and the navigation doesn’t work is disappointing More

Dealership played games with pricing in an attempt to get me to buy a new truck. Couldn't get returned phone calls back. Seemed unwilling to provide information in any other way than in person. I could not be happier with the service department at York Chrysler/Jeep! Jarrod Davis went above and beyond to address the issues I was having with my Jeep Wrangler. Communication was outstanding and he York Chrysler/Jeep! Jarrod Davis went above and beyond to address the issues I was having with my Jeep Wrangler. Communication was outstanding and he kept me informed while we were waiting for parts that had been ordered. York over delivered on the service I received. My experience with other dealership falls short of the standard York set. I don’t live nearby and have a Jeep dealership very close to my house but York made it worth the drive. More
