Typical Car Sales Tactics Only dealt with company via email and phone. However, they were still quick to use high pressure tactics. I made several arrangements to afford time off and ability to drive up and see a car. Got confirmation that everything was all set as soon as the day before- and then the day of, guess what- car is no longer for sale. This was after being told that my plan to come up and see the car worked "pefectly". Only positive was that I saved a drive up there. Compared to all other dealers I dealt with in my search, Lebanon Ford was by far the least pleasant, and had the hardest time making accommodations for potential buyers. More
