The next thing is that Paradise Chevy has the most incredible customer service AFTER THE SALE. This is critical, because many dealerships sell you a car and then it's our problem. Paradise has taken care of our cars for a few years now and has proven that they stand behind their word. Excellent Customer Service. The sales process was painless - from selection and Joe knowing all about the cars and the features to the actual money portion and working with Matt and George - no pressure, no tension, just good family type environment. And, after working their magic, we drove him in a 2013 Tahoe LT, saving $200 in car bills. We cant say and recommend Paradise Chevy enough Mike and Ely, and their Finance Guy (George) enough. We have bought several cars from different dealers around southern California, and and NONE COMPARE. Moreover, I have a 4 year old son, and they took extra special care of him while we were working the deal (i.e. movies, popcorn, toys, drawing). cant thank them enough for making this work for us. They both and great communicators and kept my wife and I up to date daily. Once it was time for Finance we worked with George who made things go quickly and smoothly. No one wants to spend too much time in doing numbers and paperwork. He was very efficient and personable. When we took delivery of the Volt, Nikki helped me to set up the vehicles Bluetooth, Onstar and walked me through the car from my left to center to right and to rear. She covered everything I could have asked for and is still willing to assist with anything we might need.
