From start to finish, true professionalism and character was displayed by all. Got to the dealership after notifying them of interest in a certain vehicle. Vehicle was on the pad clean as could be with a full tank of gas for a demo ride. Worked on accessories to add on the vehicle in which Becky helped pick out options that we were interested in. Dealership was busy but made to feel we were the only customers in the store by the staff that handled us. While waiting for finance, Denny did a thorough and detailed demonstration of the vehicle features, connected our cell phones and set us up on the Onstar program. He didn't rush the experience and answered any questions we had. George in finance detailed the rebate available for financing versus other programs that were available to us and we chose a path that was different then our initial thoughts based on his explanation and review of the programs. Would absolutely recommend this dealership and the professional and friendly representatives we worked with. After choosing items to be added to the vehicle, I look forward to picking up the vehicle soon and proudly displaying the Chevrolet product. More

I wanted to purchase the vehicle "on the spot", but did not have a way of getting the auto to my home in Riverside (38 miles away). Becky told me the new van would be waiting for me ready to go on Tuesday. Tuesday I arrived at the dealership at 4:30 and I was driving home with my new van at 5:30. I love it when people actually know what they are doing. Fast process for me makes me keep coming back. Did I mention that this is the 3rd van I have purchased from Becky. I took the car to a dealer close to my house and they told me that paradise put my life at risk. The tech at the other dealer drove the car for half a mile and let me know the suspension had not been tightened properly and that is something that every dealer should check in their pre delivery inspection and they advised me that had I not brought the car to them immediately "something very bad could have happened". If u r looking to buy a car (especially a preformance one) that is actually safe and road worthy, go somewhere else. Also, had the finance department told me all I had to do is put an extra $500 down my rate would have dropped by almost 2%. More
