After dealing with rude and pushy salesman I went to just test drive I literally went to every dealership on Ynez. My friend recommended the Traverse. After dealing with rude and pushy salesman I went to just test drive the Traversw on a Sunday morning. I met Mallory and he showed me the car and then let me test drive it. I was not sure about doing the trade. I said I would think about it and asked not to be called to follow up. I went home and thought and texted Mallory a few times with follow up questions. He responded promptly without being pushy and that kind of sales is what made my decision easy. I did not felt pressured at all like I did at other dealerships. This was the best experience I have had at any dealership and that has to do with Mallory. He deserves a raise cause I am not an easy customer to deal with.
