Certified pre-owned purchase and service. Derrick is very friendly and took good care of me during the purchase process. (Almost 3 months as I shopped around) Always remembered me and greeted Derrick is very friendly and took good care of me during the purchase process. (Almost 3 months as I shopped around) Always remembered me and greeted me with a smile. We had an issue with the sun-roof after purchase but they got me right in for repair and supplied a loaner on a busy Saturday so my day wasn’t shot. Great to have the CPO. Very friendly and efficient in the service dept. Ruby was great. I’m most impressed with how Derrick in Sales, Ruby in Service and George the general manger worked together to make it right. More

And While they did attempt to add products to the sale, they were not overly persistent. My sales associate Derrick was especially helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely buy another car from this dealer. More

Terrible customer service Absolutely Terrible. Eager to sell you a car, then forget you! Tire popped after only 50 miles. No tire iron in car. Wheel rusted to hub. I pointed ou Absolutely Terrible. Eager to sell you a car, then forget you! Tire popped after only 50 miles. No tire iron in car. Wheel rusted to hub. I pointed out to them multiple times that the wheel rusted to the hub makes it obvious they never inspected the brakes. Something a dealer is legally required to do! But they just keep repeating the same phrase "you bought it as is". As is shouldn't mean I break down two days and 50 miles later. As-is doesn't mean you don't need to inspect! As-is doesn't mean there's no consequences to treating your customers like dirt! The salesman said there's nothing he can do. His manager won't answer my calls. His voicemail says not to leave a voicemail, send an email cause he won't check it. Doesn't respond to emails either. Will never go back, and won't ever recommend them to anyone ever! Good luck selling cars with that business model. More

Each time, I have found Russ Darrow Honda to be consistently focused on providing value and satisfying me. While working with George Mathews and his overall team at Russ Darrow Honda has been a very positive experience, the Service Department as a whole consistently meets or exceeds my expectations. I have worked mostly with Jay and Eric of the Service department. Both are top tier Service Advisors. They are very friendly, responsive, customer focused and do what it takes to solve my service needs at a very competitive price. During my last service visit, Jay was my Service Advisor and continued to provide his exceptional customer service.
