While working with George Mathews and his overall team at Russ Darrow Honda has been a very positive experience, the Service Department as a whole consistently meets or exceeds my expectations. I have worked mostly with Jay and Eric of the Service department. Both are top tier Service Advisors. They are very friendly, responsive, customer focused and do what it takes to solve my service needs at a very competitive price. During my last service visit, Jay was my Service Advisor and continued to provide his exceptional customer service. He was very responsive and saw that my service needs were properly met in a timely manner.
