BUT in December 2024 we had the worst experience leasing a car ever. we were wrong to trust them, and they made complete fools out of us. they lied to us, used our trust and we paid crazy amount for the car that does not have anything. cant even use waze in the car. I don't know what changed maybe ownership or leadership, but I would not recommend to go there at all More

Overall, my experience was pretty good. Basically, if you deal with the right guy/gal you'll be in good hands. Otherwise beware. Manager Bernard Birtsch was amazing and awesome to work with. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for my salesman George Mack. He will promise you things that he can't deliver on. I would highly recommend using a different salesperson. In the service department, Dina Partyka was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. One thing that was very annoying and upsetting was that they have these "100% satisfaction guaranteed" signs up, but if you email or call the number posted for this nobody calls back. I tried several times to reach the VP Frank Tackett by email and phone and he never bothered to call me back. More
