Went to four dealerships in two days. No deals were made. We didn’t feel comfortable with the salespeople. They didn’t feel trustworthy. 46 Nisson was our 5th and final stop. We were very fortunate to be introduced to George Mack. We discussed the terms we needed in order to go forward with a deal.. He listened and made it happen. George is a straight shooter, no xx and a heck of a nice guy. From our first handshake to our last at the close of the deal we felt we were in very good hand.and will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Bernard was also wonderful to work with. They make a good team. More

I was set to buy my vehicle then was told by the Sales Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I was surprised an Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I was surprised and after a few choice words for Bernard got up to walk out. I was stopped and it was no longer I had to purchase the warranty. Don’t let them force you to buy the warranty don’t try to strong arm a 77 year old woman I was pleased with our sales person Michael Craigie if it wasn’t for him I would have kept walking More

Was in the dealership to look for a replacement to my current Nissan and was treated very unprofessionally by the sales manager. I was there to meet him at 9 AM and he did not arrive until almost 10 o'cl current Nissan and was treated very unprofessionally by the sales manager. I was there to meet him at 9 AM and he did not arrive until almost 10 o'clock. He did not understand my situation and told me flat out that he did not want to help me at all. I even had a representative from Nissan on the phone that heard how I was being treated with regards to my situation. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The remaining staff that I interacted with were very attentive, professional and understanding. I tried calling the General Manager, but no response. I strongly advise not buying any car from this dealership. I can't give any stars to this rating. More

I had a great experience with George McMickle and Bernard Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive. The trade-in and purchase experience was pretty quick without any hiccups; Birch. I went in after seeing a car online and took it for a test drive.
