I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a Prologue or EV. The staff are not knowledgeable about EVs and discourage you from buying or leasing one. They also gave us bad advice on the access of chargers. When I called to talk it through, they were inflexible right up to the general manager of the dealership. Basically, they advised us to take a credit for a charging network that we don't have any access to rather than a credit toward a home charger. Now, we're having to spend another $1,000 to get a home charger and are stuck with a useless $750 charging credit. The general manager had zero sympathy and kept passing the buck to "corporate." I think you can do way better than Lia Honda in Albany, especially for EVs. More

We have been return customers of Lia dealerships. This purchase, and Jai Patel made this the most pleasant. He was knowledgeable, upbeat, and extremely accommodating with us trying different vehicles This purchase, and Jai Patel made this the most pleasant. The Lia family has forgotten how to treat regular people decently and apparently that sentiment has rubbed off on their management team. I will NEVER be back to any Lia dealership and will tell everyone I meet to stay far away from Lia. My biggest regret is that I did not shop somewhere else. Unfortunately, I believed what they told me but they lie! More
